Woke up to rain and more rain this morning so no run. Bit frustrating as being out all day yesterday, today was the day for the once-a-week run. Never mind, I got up and did a Bodycoach HITT instead. Doing exercise first thing meant that I could have the overnight oats (which were, as usual, lussshhh but today they were hot as I got to eat them at home rather than at work!).
Well the wasabi peanut kept me going through the day (eeek). I then cooked a chicken korma curry in the slow cooker. It was delicious but even better the kids both had a second serving so a bit hit. I served it with Wholegrain basmati rice with quinoa for an added bit of goodness. Click here for the receipe.
