This week has turned out to be a bit of a tough week. It’s been a really hectic week which has been quite stressful at times which probably hasn’t helped.
Although it hasn’t felt great, I’ve still completed 2 HITT’s this week and a pilates class, no Diet Coke and my healthy eating regime for breakfast and during the day at work. These are my key life changes so far. Thankfully they are still intact. What am I worrying about?
