This brownie is easy to make and just feels that little bit more healthy. It’s made without using butter, instead coconut oil and surprise, surprise; contains avocado. All topped off with some pink Himalayan salt.
The verdict is that this is a good brownie, hard on the top and soft in the middle and even the kids loved it. If you give it a try please let me know how you get on.
